Mine was very simple to get up and running
Of course I think it was an accident, because the instructions were useless, but I do love it.

I don't think there is a download for PC available. However, with current cameras that use it, the files are included on a miniDVD. Bad news is it doesn't seem to work. Gives various error messages and never connects to the cameras.

Instructions are "user hostile", I stumbled onto doing the right thing(s) after 3 hours. Camera seems to work pretty well so far. Lots of guesswork with set-up. Frustrating. I was very close to sending it back.
