Wafa' Awad

Wafa’ Awad serves as the Operations Manager for the IPSD II Project, where she oversees finance, grants, procurement, and human resources operations, ensuring effective management systems and compliance across all project components.

With two decades of experience (2005–2025) working with DAI on multiple flagship programs, Wafa’ has built extensive expertise in financial management, grants administration, and operational coordination. 

She has held progressive roles across DAI projects including PER, FNMD, PMDP, PED, and IPSD, serving as Accountant, Assistant Grants Manager, Grants Specialist, Financial Management Specialist, and now Operations Manager.

Wafa’ holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and her long-standing leadership in project finance and operations reflects a deep commitment to efficiency, transparency, and institutional excellence within DAI’s development initiatives in Palestine.
