Ibrahim Sweis

Ibrahim Sweis serves as a Technical Officer at the IPSD II Project, where he contributes to the implementation of entrepreneurship, innovation, and outsourcing initiatives. His role supports the development of high-potential startups, manages technical activities across Market Linkages and Building an Outsourcing Hub components, and engages with ecosystem stakeholders to advance private-sector growth.

With 10 years of professional experience, Ibrahim brings strong expertise in project management, innovation management, entrepreneurship, and stakeholder coordination. Before joining IPSD II, he held several technical and managerial positions, including Programs Manager at Makani Innovation Hub, Entrepreneurship Expert at the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Empowerment, Chief Operations Officer at Deelzat, and Project Manager at Alpha Restoration and Waterproofing.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Project Management.
