Our online booking allows you the schedule most of the services we offer and displays the most up-to-date appointment availability. You are also invited to call us so we can personally assist you with your appointments. If you are seeking a specific clinical service for the first time, a consultation with one of our nurses is required. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments.
We provide free consultations and in-depth skin analysis with one of our expert providers. We believe an informed client with realistic expectations will be most satisfied with our treatments and results. Our consultations include education about your unique skin type, a comprehensive discussion about all options available to you, both immediate and long term, and a clear plan of action based on your individual goals. There is a limit of two (2) free consultations per person per 365 days.
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations and requests to rescheduling an appointment. Same day cancellations may result in a fee equal to 50% of the service price, with a maximum fee of $100. A missed appointment (no show) will result in a fee for the full service price, up to a maximum of $400.
Full payment is required at the time of your service. Pricing for products and services is subject to change any time. Once prepaid, you have up to 18 months to redeem the purchased service(s). If there are any payment issues with a client’s credit or debit card or Cherry financing (chargebacks, fraud issues, etc.), we cannot accept credit or debit cards or other forms of credit and will require payment in cash. We will gladly accept your local check (no more than $500), provided that your full name, address, and phone number are imprinted. There is a $45 fee per returned check. We do not accept starter checks or third-party checks.
We strive to provide high quality services and products and we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. We do not offer refunds on services received. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please speak with a Manager for a resolution. We will accept returns on most skincare products, within 30 days of purchase, if they remain unopened, untampered, and sealed in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. Gift cards and prepayment of service packages are refundable within ten (10) days of purchase.
We ask that you silence your cell phone when enjoying services, as a courtesy to all guests. Wi-Fi is available for e-mailing and web browsing. Gratuities are at the discretion of our clients and are not included in the price of services.
INTERLOCKS Gift Cards are available for purchase in-store and online. You may redeem your Gift Card for its dollar value towards any services or products. Gratuities cannot be made through Gift Card redemption.
The safety of our clients and staff is of paramount concern, so we ask that prior to receiving services you make our staff aware of any allergies, health concerns and/or illness you are experiencing. Completing your General Health History with accuracy is required.
We offer age-approriate services for children ages 12-17, including Facials, Laser Hair Removal, and other skin care services. We typically require a parent or guardian to remain in the treatment room while services are performed. Children under the age of 12 are welcomed only in our reception area, with proper supervision that you provide.
For the health and safety of our clients and staff, we have a No-Pets policy. We do not allow companion or support animals to accompany you during your services. However, we will provide reasonable accommodations for a working service animal as defined by the ADA and require the animal to be leashed and fully controlled at all times.
Members may redeem their banked funds toward most MedSpa services and products, for their sole consumption only. Banked funds are non-transferable and may not be used for waxing, lash, brow, laser hair removal, or weight loss management services, nor for the purchase of INTERLOCKS Gift Cards. All Salon services and products are excluded.
Membership discounts apply to regular pricing only and may not be used in conjunction with introductory pricing, discount promotions, or special offers on services and products.
Memberships can only be purchased via credit card if paid monthly but may be purchased via cash or check if purchased annually with payment in full. No membership can be purchased with an INTERLOCKS gift card.
