Frequently asked Questions

Orders are dispatched in 2–5 business days and delivered within 4–10 business days after shipping. Delivery takes at least 3 working days. No next-day delivery.

We all change our minds. All purchased items can be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery. All the items can be returned for a 100% refund excluding shipping charges. Return shipping to our Dublin warehouse is to be paid by the customer. Please ensure that the returned item(s) are in the same condition they were delivered in.

The return policy is:

You must notify us of your intention to return an item(s) within fourteen (14) days of delivery, and organise prompt return of the item(s) to our warehouse;

The item(s) must be returned to us in new and unused condition;

The item(s) must be completely re-packaged to its original wrapped & packaged state ready for re-sale;

All tags and labels must be in their original position and ‘unremoved’;

The item(s) must be complete with any and all instructions or assembly tools;

All returned items are inspected to ensure the above (please allow 3 days);

Upon successful inspection, you will be refunded the purchase price within 5 working days.

Door-to-door delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchange : 

We do not offer an exchange of purchased goods facility per se. Rather, you will need to:

Return / cancel the unwanted item; and

Place a new order for the desired item.

If you want to change your address, just send us an email at support@interiorunits.com.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your parcel on the DPD website at http://dpd.ie.

For smaller items, we may also use UPS or DHL. For larger items, delivery is handled by trusted 1- or 2-man delivery services across the UK and Europe. The delivery company will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

If you made a mistake with your shipping address, don’t worry, just email us as soon as possible at support@interiorunits.com, and we’ll do our best to fix it before your order is shipped.

We deliver to most European countries, please fill in your delivery address on check out to determine the cost, if you have any other questions please contact us via Live Chat, Telephone or Email our staff are always happy to answer any questions if you can not find the answer here.

Your order might arrive in one or more packages depending on its size. Our delivery team drops items at your doorstep and doesn’t usually bring them inside or unpack. For big or heavy items, please have two people available to help.
