Finding Your Wings Programme
Finding Your Wings supports children to build a strong inner foundation through greater awareness of their minds and bodies. The programme helps children understand their emotions, develop confidence in coping with challenges, and feel more in control when things feel difficult. Through fun, engaging, movement-based activities, children learn how to calm themselves, accept who they are, and build resilience, supporting a growth mindset and celebrating each child’s individual strengths.
The six fun and interactive sessions help children learn:
- To identify and regulate their emotions through mind-body awareness and self- compassion.
- To build their resilience and feel confident in their ability to overcome challenges.
- To show up as their unique selves and value their authenticity.
