Finding Your Voice Programme
Finding Your Voice supports children to develop the confidence and skills to express themselves clearly and authentically. The programme helps children understand how to communicate their ideas, feelings, and messages – whether in one-to-one conversations or when speaking to a group – drawing on insights from spoken communication and psychology. By building a growth mindset and practical speaking skills, children are supported to find and confidently share their own unique voice.
The eight fun and interactive sessions help children learn:
- Develop strong internal belief that they are all good communicators in their own authentic way
- Learn and practise strategies to build confidence in their coping skills when faced with new challenges outside of their comfort zone
- Value feedback - by practising to give and receive constructive feedback - and celebrate each new step, trying out new things
