Why am I not receiving the newsletters I am subscribed to?
Teknologiens Mediehus – including the niche newsletters – uses a system called Rule to send our newsletters to users. We have authorized Rule as a sender in our Domain Name System setup on ing.dk, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, all of which are security measures that help ensure our emails are authorized and trustworthy.
If you are not receiving our newsletters, it may be because you have an internal rule set up on your mail server that filters out all emails from Rule.
This guide explains how you can receive newsletters from Teknologiens Mediehus by creating an exception rule in your mail filter – while at the same time maintaining your mail filter so that other emails from Rule are still filtered out:
- Your IT department can most likely set up an exception rule on your mail server using the following:
- Emails from Teknologiens Mediehus have a "header.from=ing.dk" combined with “dkim=pass” and "dmarc=pass". Together, this assures that the email from Rule is authorized.
- Once this exception has been set up, you will be able to receive newsletters via your subscription with Teknologiens Mediehus, while all other emails from Rule will continue to be filtered out as desired.

How do I get a new password sent to me?
If you have forgotten or are missing a password, you can request a new one via this link. You simply need to enter the email address connected to your subscription.

The price of a subscription to one newsletter depends on the number of users. This can be adjusted to fit the number of users you need, and users can also be replaced freely at no extra cost by contacting: pro@ing.dk. Please also contact us to discuss discounts when ordering multiple newsletters:

A free, non-binding trial subscription for three weeks is available.
The trial subscription includes: Unlimited access to all articles in the selected newsletter as well as newsletter delivery by email, including a clear overview of new articles and updates in the field. During the trial period, you can expect to be contacted by the subscription service regarding subscription options.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Niche and business subscribers
Cancellation of a subscription must be made either by email to pro@ing.dk, erhverv@ing.dk, or by phone at +45 2194 1974.
Annual subscriptions are paid in advance for a period of 12 months and can be cancelled with one month’s notice prior to the end of the payment period.
Special terms for trial subscriptions:
The trial subscription lasts three weeks and is free and non-binding. You may at any time contact pro@ing.dk or the subscription service at +45 2194 1974 if you wish to unsubscribe during the trial period.
The trial subscription includes: Unlimited access to all articles in the selected area as well as newsletter delivery by email, including a clear overview of new articles and updates in the field. During the trial period, you can expect to be contacted by subscription service regarding subscription options. When the trial period expires, the trial subscription is taken offline. You will continue to receive the newsletter by email after the trial access has ended. You can unsubscribe at any time at the bottom of each newsletter or by contacting pro@ing.dk or the subscription service at +45 2194 1974.
Special terms for annual and monthly subscriptions:
Annual subscriptions are paid in advance for a period of 12 months and can be cancelled with one month’s notice prior to the end of the payment period.
Monthly subscriptions are paid in advance for a period of 1 month. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the prepaid period.
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the date of purchase.
