1. Maximum Occupancy
Each reservation is valid strictly for the maximum number of guests stated in the booking
confirmation.
No additional overnight guests, visitors, or unregistered occupants are permitted on the
property at any time, whether temporarily or overnight.
Any violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund
and may incur additional charges.

2. Parties, Events & Visitors
Parties, events, celebrations, social or professional gatherings of any kind are strictly
prohibited.
The use of DJ equipment, professional sound systems, amplified music, or similar devices is
not permitted.
External visitors who are not included in the reservation are not allowed on the property.
Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

3. Quiet Hours (Legal Requirement)
In accordance with Greek law and local police regulations during the summer season (April 1
– September 30), guests must strictly observe the following quiet hours:
-15:00 – 17:30
-23:00 – 07:00
Any noise that may disturb neighbors or public peace during these hours is strictly
prohibited.

4. Noise & Disturbance
Guests are required to respect the local community, neighboring properties, and the natural
environment at all times.
Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, repeated warnings, or official complaints may result in
immediate eviction without refund.

5. Damage, Safety & Guest Liability
Guests are fully and solely responsible for any damage, breakage, loss, or deterioration of
the property, furniture, equipment, or outdoor areas during their stay.
All costs related to repairs, replacements, restoration, or special cleaning will be charged to
the guest.
Any unsafe, negligent, or reckless behavior that poses a risk to people, property, neighbors,
wildlife, or the environment may result in immediate termination of the stay without
refund.

6. Security Deposit / Damage Authorization
Management reserves the right to:
-Pre-authorize or collect a security deposit
-Charge the guest for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violation of
house rules
Charges may be applied after check-out if damages or losses are discovered following
departure.

7. Pool, Sea Access & Outdoor Areas – Liability Waiver
Use of the swimming pool, access to the sea, terraces, stairs, and all outdoor areas is
entirely at the guest’s own risk.
There is no lifeguard or supervision on the property.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Infinity Sea Villa, its owners, and management assume no liability for accidents, injuries,
illness, or loss of life occurring on the property.

8. Children & Supervision
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety, supervision, and behavior of
children at all times, particularly around pools, stairs, terraces, and outdoor areas.

9. Illegal Substances
The possession, use, distribution, or consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited
anywhere on the property.
Any violation will result in:
-Immediate termination of the stay
-No refund
-Notification of the appropriate authorities where required by law

10. Fire Safety & Fireworks
For safety reasons and due to increased fire risk:
-Fireworks, flares, candles, open flames, bonfires, and pyrotechnics are strictly
forbidden
-The use of appliances or practices that may cause fire hazards is prohibited
Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by fire, smoke, or negligence, including
environmental damage.

11. Electrical Appliances & Departure Obligations
Upon departure, guests must ensure that:
-All electrical appliances are switched off
-Air conditioning units, lights, and kitchen appliances are turned off
Failure to comply resulting in damage, safety risks, or excessive consumption may lead to
additional charges.

12. Personal Belongings
Infinity Sea Villa, its owners, and management assume no responsibility for the loss, theft,
or damage of personal belongings.
Guests are solely responsible for safeguarding their personal items throughout their stay.

13. Utilities, Internet & Services Disclaimer
No guarantee is provided for uninterrupted operation of Wi-Fi, electricity, water supply, air
conditioning, satellite services, or other utilities.
No refunds or compensation will be issued for temporary interruptions or outages beyond
the property’s control.

14. Force Majeure
Infinity Sea Villa shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events
beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural
disasters, fires, government actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or utility failures.

15. Cancellations, No-Show & Early Departure
Cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking and form an integral part of the
reservation agreement.
No-shows or early departures are not eligible for refunds, under any circumstances.

16. Right of Entry
Management reserves the right to enter the property, with prior notice when reasonably
possible, in cases of:
-Emergency
-Safety or security concerns
-Maintenance or repairs
-Verification of compliance with these Terms & Conditions

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.

18. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a reservation, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted
these Accommodation Terms & Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement
and form an integral part of the rental contract.
