Beginning as a Client Account Manager at IndiCater, Ruth progressed through roles to
become Managing Director in 2021. Throughout her IndiCater journey, Ruth has been dedicated to building strong client connections, leading pivotal development initiatives, growing IndiCater's team culture, and steering the company towards continuous success.
Experienced in the hospitality industry, Stuart became Head of Sales and Marketing in 2021, following a 19-year career at Brakes and previous roles managing hotels and restaurants. Stuart is passionate about understanding client needs, to build long-term partnerships and deliver innovative solutions that drive business performance.
Natalie guides new clients through onboarding, supplier integration and training, while also overseeing projects and offering ongoing support to existing clients. Natalie joined IndiCater in 2017 as a Training Manager having been an Area Manager in Catering, where
she oversaw operations, finance, and training, utilising IndiCater’s solutions.
Jamie has been on a mission since joining IndiCater to modernise the platform and transform IndiCater into a modern development shop that can take advantage of cutting edge technology, automation and best practices to try and deliver the best hospitality platform available.
As our Professional Services Administrator, Jackie facilitates a smooth and successful mobilisation for our clients onto the IndiCater platform. With us since 2007, Jackie loves golf, traveling, and spending quality time with loved ones.
Anastasia is a key member of the dev team and brings to IndiCater a wealth of knowledge and expertise in clean architecture, minimising technical debt, and adhering to SOLID development principles.
Gill enjoys building strong relationships with our clients to help them fully benefit from the IndiCater platform. She prioritises client meetings and works closely with our tech team to provide the best possible service. Gill is dedicated to understanding each client's unique needs and ensuring our technology aligns perfectly with their
requirements.
With a strong background in Microsoft, web, and database technologies and over 15 years of experience in business analysis, system design, implementation, and
application development, Lakshmi joined IndiCater in 2011. She oversees all aspects of development, from testing to using tools like ASP, SSRS, and upgrading to the .NET
platform.
Kelly joined IndiCater in 2024, bringing over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing. She loves collaborating with technology teams and management to build brand identity and team culture. She’s committed to growing IndiCater’s visibility through creative campaigns and close client relationships.
Since joining the IndiCater team, Kwok has expertly managed and maintained the Finance Department. From Debits to Credits to P&L to Balance Sheet and Invoice to Credit Note, Kwok is the one who looks after the numbers. As well as looking at numbers, Kwok enjoys watching a variety sports and is a big Liverpool FC fan.
Kate is a registered associate nutritionist with the AfN and an MNU certified nutritionist. With over 6 years in commercial catering, she excels in developing health and wellbeing policies and creating nutritious, delicious recipes. Originally from Australia, she moved to the UK in 2006, earning a BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition & Sports Science in 2011. She's passionate about food education and supporting families in understanding nutrition's vital role.
