The InCommon certificate service transition to CertiNext began April 7, 2026, and concludes with our transition off of Sectigo Certificate Manager on July 17, 2026.

When should I submit a ticket to Sectigo?
- Delays in issuing certificates. Provide your certificate order number.
- Certificate Manager (CM) interface support
InCommon Sectigo Support:
- Select Case Type: “Technical Support” or “Validation Support”
- Select Case Reason: “Sectigo Certificate manager (SCM) Enterprise”
