When should I submit a ticket to Sectigo?

  • Delays in issuing certificates. Provide your certificate order number.
  • Certificate Manager (CM) interface support

InCommon Sectigo Support:

  • Select Case Type: “Technical Support” or “Validation Support”
  • Select Case Reason: “Sectigo Certificate manager (SCM) Enterprise”
