Our Board

James Pincow is an Executive Director and Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan, where he is the Head of Real Estate Banking Legal.  His practice focuses on commercial real estate finance, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development.  Prior to joining the board of INARA, James was on the board of the San Francisco AIDS Foundation from 2018 through 2022 and was its Secretary in 2021 and 2022.  James is passionate about volunteerism and pro bono assistance for nonprofits, especially those focused on the health, welfare, and safety of children and underserved communities, both at home and abroad.
