IkaCode, web services designed with digital responsibility in mind
Because digital is not dematerialized and has a real impact in the physical world, on our environment and on people, it is ethically important to adopt certain good practices.
I'm Louis Chancé, nice to meet you!
I created my first website in 2000 when I was still at college.
I’ve worked for over 10 years in various industries before specializing in the web: I was a microelectronics engineer, then worked in the tourisme industry, and founded an ecommerce company selling organic fruits in the South-west France area.
From 2020 onwards, I passed some Webdesign and WordPress trainings and certifications, and mastered Bricks Builder, a professional and very light theme.
Besides my main activity, I work part-time as a digital assistant for a blind person, and am a facilitator of the Climate Fresk and the Digital collage.
With IkaCode, I offer solutions based on open source tools, with a focus on responsible practices.
Alone or with other web professionals, I offer maintainable and ethical digital solutions.
Ika-what ?
The name comes from “ika” in Japanese, which means cuttlefish. They are amazing animals that can adapt to their always changing environments in a very smart manner. An example to follow when you’re working in thte web industry, which is evolving at a very fast pace!
