As Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Investments, Chris oversees the FP&A and Investments teams. He is responsbile for valuations, business planning and forecasting, financial strategy, underwriting, and approval of new investments.

Chris has held various and Finance and Investing roles since he joined IDI Logistics in 2011. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst with over 14 years of experience in financial forecasting and investment strategy. Chris holds a B.B.A. degree from the University of Georgia.

Peter leads capital deployment and asset management for IDI Logistics in the Chicago market, playing a key role in sourcing and underwriting new land and development opportunities. He oversees asset strategy recommendations and execution while managing third-party leasing and property management teams to maximize portfolio performance. Additionally, Peter is active in capital deployment in the Phoenix market on both acquisitions and development, and led IDI’s initial investment in the market.

Peter has a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Spanish from the University of Kansas. He is an active member of NAIOP and is on the Chicago chapter Board, where he co-chairs the Developing Leaders program.

As Director of Capital Deployment and Leasing, Tony oversees all acquisition, development, disposition, and leasing activity in the Texas markets for IDI Logistics. During his tenure at IDI, Tony has underwritten and drafted investment memoranda for 6.0 MSF of development and acquisition approvals totaling $750M in Austin, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Inland Empire, and Memphis. He has also completed over 1.7 million square feet of lease transactions.

Tony has a BSBA degree with a finance concentration from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has passed the Level II CFA exam. He is a member of the National Industrial Perspectives 6 – NAIOP National Forum and sits on the NAIOP North Texas Developing Leaders Board, currently serving as President Elect.

As Market Officer, Nick is responsible for acquiring industrial land sites, developing best-in-class logistics facilities, and leasing and asset management for a variety of projects in the western United States. Over his career, Nick has transacted approximately $2 billon of industrial and land investments. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

As Market Officer, Justin is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and acquiring industrial investments on a regional basis. He is also directly involved in the asset management of IDI Logistics’ holdings in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the Baltimore-Washington corridor. His responsibilities include asset strategy recommendation, execution, and reporting, as well as the oversight of third-party leasing and management teams.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the Quinnipiac University School of Business.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Matt is responsible for leading the company’s disposition strategy, driving portfolio optimization, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. He is also responsible for identifying new markets, evaluating new potential investment strategies, and maximizing operating portfolio return.

As Executive Vice President of IDI Logistics’ East Region, Matt leads all capital deployment and operations efforts for the region, including building acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management, along with land acquisition and development. The East Region serves the markets of Georgia, Florida, Carolinas, New Jersey, and Nashville.

Breaux holds a BA in Business Administration from Rhodes College, is a CFA Charterholder and is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Michele is responsible for directing all Human Resources initiatives in key areas such as benefits, staffing, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compensation. Michele also serves as strategic leader for all organizational development and effectiveness, training, and succession planning initiatives.

Michele holds a B.A. degree in Commercial Music from Florida State University. She also holds the PHR designation from the HR Certification Institute and the SHRM-CP designation from the Society for Human Resource Management.

As Market Officer, Brandon is responsible for land sourcing, building acquisitions, entitlements, and leasing efforts in Northern California, Seattle, Phoenix and other West region markets. Since joining IDI in 2019, Brandon has entitled over 500 acres with FAR supporting over 9 million square feet and acquired 2.1 MSF of buildings. Brandon received his B.B.A in Finance from California State University at Fullerton. He is a member of NAIOP and is a California State-Licensed Broker.

As Market Officer, Bob oversees capital deployment and asset management in Cincinnati, Louisville, Columbus, and Indianapolis. He is directly involved in sourcing and underwriting new land/development opportunities in addition to the asset management of the IDI Logistics portfolio in these markets. This includes asset strategy recommendation, execution, as well as the oversight of third-party leasing and management teams. Bob is also responsible for portfolio management of IDI Logistics’ joint venture relationships.

Bob graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Policy Analysis and Management.

Tim is Senior Vice President and Regional Director for IDI Logistics’ Central Region, a 14 million square foot portfolio serving markets including Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Austin, Cincinnati, Louisville, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Memphis. Based in the company’s Memphis office, Tim leads all capital deployment and operations efforts for the region, including building acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management, along with land acquisition and development.

Tim holds a B.S. degree in Biology from Rhodes College in Memphis. He is actively involved with Room in the Inn-Memphis, a nonprofit focused on sheltering those experiencing homelessness in a safe environment of hospitality. In 2026, Tim was inducted into the Midwest RE Journals Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame.

As Senior Vice President of IDI Logistics’ West region, Charlie McPhee is responsible for all leasing, disposition, acquisitions, and development in the western United States. During his career, Charlie has developed over $3 billion of real estate in industrial, office, self-storage and retail.

Since joining IDI in 2018, Charlie has overseen over 7 MSF of developments, 2.2 MSF of acquisitions, and over 12.6 MSF of lease transactions in California and Washington. Charlie graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.A. in English.

As Market Officer, Nick Faber oversees leasing, asset management, capital development and capital recycling efforts for the markets of Georgia, Florida, the Carolinas, and Nashville. As Executive Vice President and General Counsel, David oversees all IDI Logistics legal matters and supervises IDI Logistics’ outside counsels. David is primarily focused on IDI Logistics’ leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as ESG, financings, corporate governance and compliance matters.

David received his bachelor’s degree from Brown University, and his law degree (J.D.) from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), including its Legal Forum.

As Chief Financial Officer, Shawn oversees all financial aspects of the business, including FP&A, accounting, tax, finance, treasury and IT functions. Shawn joined IDI Logistics in 2013 after the merger with Verde Realty where he served as Chief Accounting Officer and VP Finance. Prior to Verde Realty, he was a Senior Manager at Deloitte where he worked primarily in the commercial real estate industry.

Shawn holds a B.B.A. degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada, and an M.B.A. from the University of Georgia.

Mark Saturno has over 35 years of wide-ranging real estate experience. Since 2016, he has overseen IDI Logistics’ capital deployment, operations, and management of their 52-million-square-foot nationwide industrial portfolio. Mark drives the company’s strategic direction while providing essential support to its six market offices. He plays a key role in leasing, financing, and fostering relationships with stakeholders.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Master’s in Management with a focus on Finance, Real Estate, and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University.
