As Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Investments, Chris oversees the FP&A and Investments teams. He is responsbile for valuations, business planning and forecasting, financial strategy, underwriting, and approval of new investments.

Chris has held various and Finance and Investing roles since he joined IDI Logistics in 2011. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst with over 14 years of experience in financial forecasting and investment strategy. Chris holds a B.B.A. degree from the University of Georgia.

Peter leads capital deployment and asset management for IDI Logistics in the Chicago market, playing a key role in sourcing and underwriting new land and development opportunities. He oversees asset strategy recommendations and execution while managing third-party leasing and property management teams to maximize portfolio performance. Additionally, Peter is actively involved in the Phoenix market, evaluating existing building acquisitions for IDI.

As Director of Capital Deployment and Leasing, Tony oversees all acquisition, development, disposition, and leasing activity in the Dallas/Fort Worth market for IDI Logistics. He also supports IDI investment activity in Austin, Houston, Memphis, Nashville, and San Antonio markets. During his tenure at IDI, Tony has underwritten and drafted investment memoranda for 5.2 MSF of development approvals totaling $644M in Austin, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Inland Empire, and Memphis. He has also completed over 1 million square feet of lease transactions.

Tony has a BSBA degree with a finance concentration from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has passed the Level II CFA exam. He is a member of the National Industrial Perspectives 6 – NAIOP National Forum and sits on the NAIOP North Texas Developing Leaders Board, currently serving as Treasurer.

As Vice President of Capital Deployment and Leasing, Jon oversees acquisitions, leasing, and property management in the states of Texas, Tennessee, and Mississippi which includes approximately 14 million square feet of industrial space. Jon oversees third party brokers and management teams in the Dallas, Memphis, Houston, Nashville, and Austin markets. Since joining IDI, Jon has completed over 100 transactions totaling over 16 million square feet.

Jon has a master’s degree in real estate from Texas A&M and a bachelor’s in finance from LSU. He is on the board of the north Texas chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) and is a member of the NAIOP National Forum on Marketing and Leasing.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Matt is responsible for leading the company’s disposition strategy, driving portfolio optimization, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. He is also responsible for identifying new markets, evaluating new potential investment strategies, and maximizing operating portfolio return.

As Executive Vice President of IDI Logistics’ East Region, Matt leads all capital deployment and operations efforts for the region, including building acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management, along with land acquisition and development. Shawn joined IDI Logistics in 2013 after the merger with Verde Realty where he served as Chief Accounting Officer and VP Finance. Prior to Verde Realty, he was a Senior Manager at Deloitte where he worked primarily in the commercial real estate industry.

Mark Saturno has over 35 years of wide-ranging real estate experience. Mark drives the company’s strategic direction while providing essential support to its six market offices. He plays a key role in leasing, financing, and fostering relationships with stakeholders.
