At Icon, we do our destination services differently. We created our unique case management system to meet all our and our clients’ needs, tailored to Icon’s award-winning methods. Launched in 2019, MoveWise was built from scratch by our in-house Icon Tech team. It allows us to make relocation a smoother, faster and more efficient process for our clients and their assignees.
Expert data analysis
MoveWise gives us an extensive source of data, packed full of valuable insights to support an exceptional relocation service experience.
Unlike most DSPs, we track assignee activity in very fine detail, building up valuable data on every property that is considered, not just the final choice. We have over 3 million properties on our market database and tens of thousands of researched and viewed properties with important outcome information. This enables us to assess each assignee relocation case in detail, or combine a selection of properties and journeys to assess trends and build expert recommendations.

Detailed reporting and KPI tracking
Anything that we track in MoveWise is shared back to our clients through our client portal, Nexuss. We offer some of the best relocation case tracking and reporting in the industry with the aim of making our clients’ job easier. Any data analytics enquiry — using filtered searches such as relocation milestones, service lines, assignees, or audit KPIs — is also made quicker and easier, enabling increased compliance and more streamlined service control.
