Safe Homes Program
The Safe Homes Program provides survivors and their families with access to Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) opportunities.
This program helps survivors move from crisis to stability by offering:
- Safe, affordable housing
- Rental assistance and flexible support funds
- Service Coordination and advocacy
- Connections to employment and community resources
Safe Homes is designed to support long-term safety and independence for survivors rebuilding their lives: when someone has dependable housing, they have the space to focus on other paths to healing and autonomy.
How to Access Rapid Re-Housing Help
You can access all House of Ruth Maryland Services through our 24-hour hotline at 410-889-7884. From here, you will be connected to Victim Coordinated Entry (VCE). VCE advocates help navigate your needs and urgency, and will partner you with a Safe Homes representative.
