Most of what’s being built stays invisible. Over 90% of the projects developed in Timișoara never reach the public eye, creating the false impression that nothing is happening. When progress stays invisible, people lose the opportunity to take part in shaping it.

The Solution

As a response, we built a platform for proof. Timișoara Revoluționară makes that progress visible. It is a long-term platform built with the community to discover, document, and share stories of real impact, showing the city as it truly is - in constant transformation.

Timișoara Revoluționară was conceptualized by the How About Tech team, part of the Sustainable Tech Communities Association, bringing experience in journalism, communication, marketing, and event organization, with contributors in Timișoara and Bucharest.

The project was developed together with Timișoara City Hall and Visit Timișoara, sharing the responsibility of presenting the city through verified stories of innovation, success, and transformation, with the aim of strengthening local pride and international visibility.
