Emotional Regulation Coaching
Emotional Regulation Coaching focuses on helping you better understand, identify, and work with your emotions. Many people were never taught how to recognize what they are feeling and may experience emotional numbness, confusion, or difficulty expressing emotions.
Sessions provide practical tools to help you build emotional awareness and navigate emotions with greater clarity and confidence.
Animal-Assisted Therapy
Animal-Assisted Support integrates your own dog or cat into the session to support grounding and co-regulation. The presence of a familiar animal can help create emotional safety, calm, and connection.
