Opened in 2009, our studio is now in the newly refurbished and renovated Grade II listed Hodge House. Designed by HLM, our studio blends historic character with contemporary workplace amenities.
Our diverse, friendly team includes architects, technicians, interior designers, landscape architects, architectural technologists and a conservation architect. Altogether we speak five languages, including Welsh.
From the studio we can see Cardiff’s Principality stadium – a treat when there’s a big concert on, the studio buzzes with excitement and energy.
We have a great social calendar, and host client events in the communal library of Hodge House.
Our studio is in the middle of the city centre, with easy access to all our local projects and clients, many of whom we’ve developed long-standing relationships.
Our team is proud to have worked with local councils on projects for the schools they attended as children, helping to change the learning landscape in South Wales.
The refurbishment and extension of Techniquest was another important project to our studio – the science centre in the Bay was a huge part of our team’s childhood, and we always recommend it to visitors!
As part of our commitment to the schools of South Wales, we’re pleased to be working with Careers Wales providing work experience opportunities to local schools.
Our studio sponsors the Cardiff branch of Women in Property and Cardiff Capital Region, and to get our boots muddy and our city greener, we’re taking part in the Coed Caerdydd tree planting initiative to increase our tree canopy to 25%.
And we’re proud to fundraise for Big Moose – a Welsh charity close to our hearts that’s dedicated to raising funds to improving mental health.
