Requirements

Submission Requirements

To ensure a smooth and fair evaluation process, all participants are required to submit their projects according to the following guidelines:

1. General Guidelines:

  • Submissions must address a specific management problem within the education sector.
  • Solutions can focus on one or more aspects such as administration, resource allocation, student performance, staff management, or data optimization.
  • Projects must be original and developed during the hackathon. Pre-existing projects or plagiarized work will be disqualified.

2. Deliverables:

Participants are required to submit the following:

  1. Project Code/Prototype:

    • A working prototype or codebase demonstrating the functionality of your solution.
    • Ensure all files are uploaded in a single compressed folder (.zip or .rar).
    • Include a README file with setup instructions and a brief overview of the project.
  2. Presentation/Documentation:

    • A PDF or PowerPoint presentation (maximum 10 slides) explaining:
      • The problem addressed.
      • Your proposed solution.
      • Key features and functionalities.
      • Tools and technologies used.
      • Potential impact and scalability of the solution.
  3. Demo Video:

    • A 5-10 minute video demonstrating your solution in detail. Highlight how it works and its benefits.
    • Provide a link to the video hosted on platforms like YouTube, or Google Drive.
  4. Problem Statement:

    • Clearly define the management issue in the education sector that your solution aims to solve.

3. Technical Requirements:

  • The solution can be a web app, mobile app, software tool, or any other tech-based innovation.
  • Use open-source libraries or frameworks wherever applicable and provide proper attribution.
  • If using third-party APIs or services, ensure compliance with their usage policies.

4. Submission Platform:

  • All submissions must be made through Google Form .
  • Include all necessary links, files, and details as prompted on the submission form.

5. Deadline:

  • Submissions must be completed by 30/3/2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

6. Team Requirements:

  • Submissions can be made individually or in teams of up to 7 members.
  • Ensure all team members are registered and listed during submission.

7. Judging and Evaluation:

  • Judges will assess submissions based on innovation, feasibility, scalability, and impact on the education sector.

Note: The organizers reserve the right to disqualify submissions that do not adhere to the rules or guidelines.
