  • Booking information – We require your name, telephone number, email address, and valid credit card to reserve a bay.   Note that your credit card is not charged at the time of booking. The credit card “hold” will automatically be removed on the day of your booking, and payment for the bay time is made in check-in before you are playing.
  • Cancellation – Greenon Golf enforces a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. Anytime prior to 24 hours before your tee time, you may cancel your booking with absolutely no penalty or fee by clicking on the “Cancel my reservation” option in your booking confirmation.
  • Please note that due to AGCO & Health regulations, No outside food or beverages are permitted. Food and Beverages can be ordered from reception.
  • All Bays/VIP Lounge are permitted to authorized coach/instructor only.
  • We strongly recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your reservation to complete the check-in process and get prepared.
  • Please note that bay time ends 5 minutes prior to the end of your booked time so that we can properly clean the bay and allow the next group to start on time. Thank you for managing your pace of play accordingly!
  • We reserve the right to move reservations to bays to optimize the tee sheet and allow for other customer bookings.
