People helping people. PERIOD.
Period products aren't covered by SNAP or WIC, and no one should have to choose between food and period supplies. Through our impact program, we donate period products, invest in advocacy and education resources, and sponsor research to help end period poverty and stigma across the US, Canada, and the UK.
Period Parties
We partner with businesses and organizations nationwide to host Period Parties, bringing communities together to expand access to essential period products.
Period Parties are team-building events where employees package period products into donation kits that are donated to a vetted non-profit partner. It's a powerful way for companies to give back while promoting menstrual equity.

Impact Partner Pricing
Aunt Flow is proud to offer discounted pricing to nonprofit organizations working to ensure people with periods have access to essential products with dignity.
Eligible impact partners are 501(c)(3) organizations that provide free period products or advance menstrual equity as part of their core mission—often alongside essential basic-needs services such as hygiene access, shelter, food support, or education. This may include food pantries, shelters, diaper/hygiene banks, menstrual equity groups, and LGBTQIA+ support organizations.

Product Donations
Since 2021, we have donated over 7.6 million period products to organizations that supply products to menstruators who need them.
Each year, Aunt Flow donates period products to organizations serving menstruators in need.
We focus our donations on basic-needs organizations—such as food pantries, shelters, hygiene banks, diaper banks, and menstrual equity groups—as well as disaster relief efforts and urgent community needs.
