Our Commitment to Web Accessibility
Aunt Flow is committed to making our site accessible to all users, including and especially those with disabilities.
To help make our site more inclusive, we partner with TestParty, a digital accessibility remediation tool. Together, we ensure our site complies with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards and continuously work to exceed those guidelines. We employ daily scanning, monthly manual audits, automated testing and rapid remediation.
Known Limitations
While we strive to achieve compliance in every area, there are a few known accessibility issues on this site. Those issues include:
- Color Contrast: Some of Aunt Flow’s brand colors currently do not meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA color contrast requirements. We recognize that this may impact the readability of certain text and elements for users with low vision or color blindness. The team is actively reviewing and updating the color palette to improve accessibility while maintaining brand identity. These updates are a top priority and will be rolled out in upcoming design releases.
If you have issues viewing or navigating the content on this site, reach out to us at accessibility@testparty.ai. We’ll respond to you within 24 hours and use your feedback to improve.
claire coder,
founder + ceo
Hi! I’m Claire. I founded Aunt Flow after getting my period in public without the supplies needed.
At 18 years old, I dedicated my life to developing a solution to ensure businesses and schools could sustainably provide quality period products, for free, in bathrooms. Our products are made with organic cotton and we are constantly working to reduce our environmental impact! Since 2021, we've donated MILLIONS of period products to menstruators in need. I call this people helping people. PERIOD.®
