Expected behavior

Quick Start flow should be dismissed when another site is selected.

Actual behavior

Current QS flow continues after selecting another site in site picker. The task executed in other site is marked as completed in the original site.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Log into an account with more than one site
2. Select Site A and start a QS flow
3. Before completing the task, select Site B
4. ❌ QS flow for Site A is is still active
5. Finish the task in Site B
6. Select Site A
7. ❌ Notice that the chosen QS flow is marked as completed.

Tested on iPhone 13, iOS 15.4.3, WPiOS 19.9.0.1
