I'm a bit unsure on why this PR and #3375 were created only now, maybe it's a new Renovate feature? I'm guessing so as I got similar ones in other repos too yesterday but I'll need to investigate that further.

Regarding what is done, I have a few thoughts about both of them:

We want to prevent updates in some workflows and update them manually, e.g. when we're testing against the oldest major Node.js version supported by Astro.
We don't want to deal with such automatic PRs for every Node.js version updates?

My first idea would be disabling this specific feature, I would guess by adding a new packageRules:

But I'll investigate a bit further about the questions I have and if there are other ways to handle this.

Discussed a bit in #3376 and we’re going to experiment with merging this to pin Node versions plus update the checkout action (which is a safe update), but then still disable subsequent PRs to avoid updating patches constantly.
