What does this PR do?
Adds a module for the Docker Model Runner, including examples with langchaingo and openai-go.
It also exposes Pull, Get, List methods on the container to pull models, get a model and list all the available models in the DMR.
Why is it important?
New module for DMR, including examples with langchaingo and openai-go.
