Describe your changes

Since we will be converting more and more tests from Enzyme to React Testing Library, adding the recommended rules/configuration 'plugin:testing-library/react' to our ESLint config to enforce recommended practices.
Documentation for each specific rule can be found here.

Resolved all outstanding warnings/errors from these rules.

Since RTL - Only applicable to FE tests:

  • Unit Tests (JS and/or Python) - Updated to address existing warnings ✅

LGTM

I did end up mostly skimming a lot of what looked like mechanical changes (changing from destructuring query functions to using them as methods on the screen object), but I don't think there's much risk in not being super thorough about reviewing these changes as long as the linter is happy

Add RTL Rules to eslint config (streamlit#6998)
acc7ec4 
Adding the recommended rules/configuration 'plugin:testing-library/react' to our ESLint config to enforce recommended practices. Resolves all outstanding warnings/errors from these rules.
