Summary of Changes

Hello @zRzRzRzRzRzRzR, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request significantly expands the framework's capabilities by integrating the GLM-ASR model, a powerful audio-to-text generation system. It establishes the necessary architectural components and processing routines to seamlessly handle audio inputs, enabling the system to perform speech recognition tasks and generate text outputs based on spoken language. This integration is a foundational step for supporting advanced multimodal applications involving audio.

Highlights

  • New Model Support: Introduced support for the GlmasrForConditionalGeneration model, enabling audio-to-text generation capabilities within the framework.
  • Multimodal Audio Processing: Added a dedicated GlmasrProcessor to handle the specific tokenization and embedding requirements for GLM-ASR's audio inputs, integrating it into the existing multimodal processing pipeline.
  • Model Architecture Integration: Implemented the GlmasrForConditionalGeneration class, which combines an audio encoder, a multimodal projector, and a Llama-based language model, along with custom weight loading logic for compatibility with HuggingFace weights.

Code Review

This pull request adds support for the GLM-ASR model. The changes include a new model definition, a corresponding processor for handling audio data, and configuration updates to integrate the new model. The implementation largely follows the existing patterns for multimodal models in sglang.

My review includes two main points:

  1. A leftover debugging print statement in the load_weights method of the model should be removed.
  2. A suggestion to improve code style in the processor by defining static values as class-level constants.

Overall, the changes look good and are consistent with the project's structure.
