## Summary Lazy modules accessed by dynamic import at runtime will not be added to filesystem watcher. This is caused by the nature that `plugin_driver.watch_files` get cleaned when the following `notify_module_changed` is called after `compile_lazy_entry`. #9301 is actually not exactly the case here. In this fix, we synced the changes before the actual rebuild to retain the `plugin_driver.watch_files`. ## Test - [x] Added test case `should watch and auto-reload a lazy-loaded module` - [x] Tried to revert the fix code and run the test case to ensure the bug is fixed.
