This PR fixes the issue where a blank line was being inserted between the shebang and postBanner in generated output. The root cause was that the shebang slice already included its trailing newline, and the SourceJoiner was adding an additional newline between sources, resulting in a double newline (blank line).

- Modified shebang handling to trim trailing whitespace before appending to SourceJoiner, preventing the double newline issue
