This PR improves the waitBuildFinished test helper function to properly handle ERROR events from the watcher. Previously, the promise would hang indefinitely if an ERROR event occurred instead of BUNDLE_END. The fix adds error handling that rejects the promise when an ERROR event is detected, preventing tests from hanging forever.

This is important because the existing "error handling" tests (lines 547, 592) deliberately avoid using waitBuildFinished for error cases, instead using waitUtil.
