Before, horizontal coordinates were initialized with the latitude and longitude angles of the observer.

Recently, Astronoby::Observer was introduced to encapsulate data and behaviour from an observer, out of other unrelated objects.

Now, horizontal coordinates are initialized with an observer object.

There was no behaviour change.
