This new algorithm isn't supported by the books I previously used as we are now using extremely accurate position data coming from ephemerides. This enables to compute very accurate times. There are a few downsides however: - it is quite expensive - the code still needs refinements to be readable This class will ultimately replace `Astronoby::Events::ObservationEvents`.
