- Centralized unused-directive message construction on
DirectivePrefixso diagnostics reflect the matched prefix. - Updated unused-disable/unused-enable diagnostics in core lint flow and LSP reporting to use the new prefix-aware messages.
- Regenerated CLI snapshot outputs to match the updated diagnostic text.
