This PR fixes an issue where the "add row after" button was positioned incorrectly when the first column of a table contains vertically merged cells. The fix ensures that when inserting a new row after a row with merged cells, the button appears after all the merged rows rather than immediately after the first row.
Changes:
- Updated the calculation for the "add row after" button position to account for rowspan in the first column cell
