Conversation
The ostree ref in the test distro was only set on non-ostree image types. Also the TestImageType.OSTreeRef() method was only returning the image type's ostree ref for the ostree image types based on the name. The result was that, since the ostree ref was removed from the distro, no image type in the test distro ever returned an ostree ref. This causes issues with unit tests in osbuild-composer, which uses the test distro for API tests.

Code changes required because:
- The distro-wide ostree ref has been removed.
- Unit tests for both APIs were adjusted accordingly.
- Bootc distro definition moved to generic distro package and
initialisation changed:
- Bootc container info resolution (base and build containers) needs
to happen explicitly before initialising the bootc distro.
- awscloud.NewDefault() now takes an optional default profile name.

Changed TestManifestIntegrationOstreeSmokeErrors to use centos-9. The ostree ref in the test distro was only set on non-ostree image types. Also the TestImageType.OSTreeRef() method was only returning the image type's ostree ref for the ostree image types based on the name. The result was that, since the ostree ref was removed from the distro, no image type in the test distro ever returned an ostree ref.
This causes issues with unit tests in osbuild-composer, which uses the test distro for API tests.
