Summary

  • add a first-assistant-event server timing phase for Control UI chat sends
  • emit the phase when the first assistant payload leaves gateway fanout, including final-flush-only and direct gateway-injected replies
  • surface the phase in Control UI timing capture so first-message latency can be split between gateway/runtime and browser paint
