…ept multiple types, or at least I can't get it working, so the form would be broken. Instead I dropped the full cURL config into the code, which is an ugly hack but saves time later.

This PR resolves an issue where Tobira's stats requests in
application/jsonwere rejected with an HTTP 415. This appears to be CXF not accepting multiple content types. Resolved by removing our testing form support and switching to a style that does work. I left an example cur l line in the code in lieu of proper rest testing forms. Ideally once spring gets upgraded perhaps this will work properly.This should go into 17 since the rest of the related changes occurred there.
