The LMS user provider documentation was still referring to the Karaf features configuration file. Enabling these user providers was simplified with the plugin mechanism. This updates the documentation.

The LMS user provider documentation was still referring to the Karaf features configuration file. Enabling these user providers was simplified with the plugin mechanism. This updates the documentation.
