A developer on discord remarked that for MSX2 or higher he could see the vram pointer of the VDP but not if he was working on an MSX1 machine. Turned out that he was talking about the fact that on a V99x8 reg #14 showed the extra info of the VRAM pointer as extra info.
Of course, since a TMS chip has no reg #14 this info wasn't displayed.
This commit displays the extra info of this 14-bits internal pointer/register under the table base registers.

But that's very weird, no? Showing the VRAM pointer under the table base registers. It doesn't belong there. And especially not because on a V99x8 the info is shown in the logical place (so for MSX1 you'd expect to find it in the same location).

I like the look of pvmm's solution better. But not all of the implementation details.
I'll try to create a mix of both and merge that.

pinctrl: Create and use gpiolib library

Create the gpiolib library to contain all of the gpiolib code and the

gpiochips, so that applications such as pinctrl are just linked against

it, and not all of the individual object files. The named section

approach to collecting the gpiochips does not work in this situation, so

add an explicit array of pointers to the gpiochip implementations.

## Major changes

- Database backend switched from LevelDB to SQLite. These is a migration on first launch which can be lengthy for larger setups. The new database is easier to understand and maintain and, hopefully, less buggy.

- Deleted items are no longer kept forever in the database, instead they are forgotten after six months. If your use case require deletes to take effect after more than a six month delay, set the `--db-delete-retention-interval` command line option or corresponding environment variable to zero, or a longer time interval of your choosing.

- Modernised command line options parsing. Old single-dash long options are no longer supported, e.g. `-home` must be given as `--home`. All serve options are now also accepted as environment variables.

- Rolling hash detection of shifted data is no longer supported as this effectively never helped. Instead, scanning and syncing is faster and more efficient without it.
