Fix occurrences counting in voodoo-mode odoc_driver. This will allow us to collect occurrence data in docs-ci for use in lots of interesting things :-)
Also fix the CI, which was failing because the sherlodoc test suite depends upon base, and base is broken in 4.14 on Arm. Avoid that by using tyxml as the test case instead.
