* reduce minimum number of waypoints in solution to 2 There is no real reason to specify 10 here by default. So instead, allow for the bare minimum of waypoints if simple interpolation from start to end succeeds and the maximum segment length suffices. Fixes moveit#19. * ompl dyn reconfig: clean wrongly specified levels The levels are treated as bitmasks in the reconfigure callback, so counting up in natural numbers does not serve any purpose. The respective callback ignores the values either way, so this change just simplifies reading the config.
