Set containerd container image ref #47239

This populates the "Image" field on containerd containers, but only when
using the containerd image store.
This allows containerd clients to look up the image information.

In order to be able to test this change I have also added the containerd connection info to the /info endpoint.
This also just generally helpful for debugging purposes.

I found that we weren't setting this while reviewing containerd/runwasi#405
In that PR the shim is traversing the container object to get the image info (as mentioned it in the PR comments it would be nice if there was an immutable ref available, but that's a whole other thing).

Upon talking in the maintainer's call; this may not be a good idea to backport as we'd have to extend /info and that is technically a breaking change in the Go APIs due to the "one huge struct" implementation.

It's nice to have as it makes Wasm containers faster to start; but it's not broken in 26.0 per-se.

I'm a bit on the fence on exposing this in the /info endpoint. I think we need to consider if there's a better way to expose the containerd API, possibly in combination with #44369.

Even though it's clearly stated that it's for debugging purposes only, there's Hyrum's Law...

Not going to block, if other maintainers think it's okay though.

The API is no more exposed than it was before, though.
