Docs-only change. Made a demo for someone, and thought it would be a good addition to the docs site as well.
Wrapping text can be a requirement for zoom and text spacing a11y criteria. We already have wrapping item text style examples for pickers and combobox/dropdown, so adding one to ContextualMenu seems to make sense.
