Hi!
This is a reopening of the PR #9363 updated to the new refactored MeshRadio.h, as the older one targeted older AdminModule logic.
This adds support for Spreading Factors 5 and 6 in compatible radios, to be able to use them in custom presets, intended to be used in the Madrid (Spain) mesh.

The docs PR ( meshtastic/meshtastic#2294 ) was already merged for the previous PR
