  • ✨ feat

🔗 Related Issue

Builds on #13994 (which introduced the topic.status / topic.completed_at columns and migration 0099).

🔀 Description of Change

Surface the topic status field that was added in #13994 and let users mark topics as completed from the sidebar.

Types & store

  • Add ChatTopicStatus = 'active' | 'completed' | 'archived' and expose status / completedAt on ChatTopic and ChatTopicSummary.
  • Add markTopicCompleted / unmarkTopicCompleted actions on the chat topic slice (set status + completedAt via internal_updateTopic).
  • Add topicIncludeCompleted user preference (default false) with a selector and Zod schema entry.

Backend (TopicModel + TRPC)

  • Extend TopicModel.query to accept excludeStatuses and triggers (positive trigger filter), and select status / completedAt in all three query branches (groupId / agent / container).
  • Extend topicRouter.getTopics input schema with excludeStatuses and triggers, and topicRouter.updateTopic with status / completedAt.
  • Forward the new params through TopicService.getTopics.

UI (agent + group sidebars)

  • Add a "Mark as Completed" / "Mark as Active" entry in the topic item dropdown menu, toggling on the current status.
  • Render a CheckCircle2 indicator on completed topics in the sidebar list.
  • Add an "Include Completed" toggle to the topic filter dropdown menu.
  • The store action threads excludeStatuses: ['completed'] into the SWR key and loadMoreTopics so completed topics are filtered out by default; toggling the preference re-fetches and includes them.

🧪 How to Test

  • Tested locally
  • Added/updated tests
  • No tests needed
  1. Open a topic in the sidebar, choose Mark as Completed from the more menu — a check circle should appear and the item should disappear from the list.
  2. Open the filter menu and toggle Include Completed on — completed topics reappear with the check circle icon.
  3. Re-open the dropdown on a completed topic and choose Mark as Active to restore it.
  4. Verify the same flow on group routes (/group/...) and in the All Topics drawer.

Before After
No way to mark a topic as completed Mark as Completed action + filter toggle in the topic sidebar

📝 Additional Information

The DB schema and migration for status / completed_at already shipped in #13994; this PR only adds the API/UI consumers. No new migrations.

- Surface ChatTopicStatus (active/completed/archived) on topic list items and pass to dropdown menu
- Add markTopicCompleted / unmarkTopicCompleted store actions wired into the topic item dropdown
- Show CheckCircle2 icon on completed topics in the sidebar list
- Add topicIncludeCompleted user preference (default false) and an "Include Completed" toggle in the topic filter menu (agent + group routes)
- Wire excludeStatuses and triggers filters through TopicModel, TRPC router, service, and store SWR keys so completed topics are excluded by default

Translate actions.markCompleted / actions.unmarkCompleted and filter.filter / filter.showCompleted for dev preview. CI's pnpm i18n will fill in remaining locales.

Move the topicIncludeCompleted preference read out of the chat-store useFetchTopics action and into the (main) agent/group sidebars where the "Include Completed" filter actually lives. Popup and mobile topic views call useFetchTopics without excludeStatuses, so completed topics remain reachable on surfaces that don't expose the toggle (e.g. the popup window for a deep-linked completed topic, the mobile TopicModal).

Also switch ChatTopicStatus imports in the topic item / dropdown files to @lobechat/types to match the rest of the topic-feature imports.

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
Add cases to the TopicModel.query suite for the new params introduced alongside the topic.status column:
- triggers (positive trigger filter) on the container branch
- excludeStatuses on the container, agent, and groupId branches (verifies null status rows are still returned)
- status / completedAt are populated on returned items

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
Promote the completed-status toggle to the first menu item, with a divider before favorite, so the most-used status action sits at the top of the dropdown.
