Conversation
This PR modifies `intro` to create tactic info localized to each hypothesis, making it possible to see how `intro` works variable-by-variable. In `intro x y z`, tactic infos surround `intro x`, `y`, and `z`. The reason for including `intro` with `x` is to make sure that `intro` by itself has similar info as the info when the first variable is added.

This PR modifies
introto create tactic info localized to each hypothesis, making it possible to see howintroworks variable-by-variable. Additionally:intro rflto introduce an equality and immediately substitute it, likerintro rfl(recall: therflpattern is like doingintro h; subst h). Therintrotactic can also now supportHEqinrflpatterns ifeq_of_heqapplies.intro (h : t), elaboration oftis interleaved with unification with the type ofh, which prevents default instances from causing unification to fail.intro (h : t),delta, dsimp) now update the local instance cache. In
intro x y z, tactic info ranges areintro x,y, andz. The reason for includingintrowithxis to make sure the info range is "monotonic" while adding the first argument tointro.
