This may break things and I will probably not bother to fix them if they do (since the Ubuntu Touch/UBPorts build is broken regardless, cf. koreader/koreader#4960), but regardless what happens it's necessary to move away from the click package that shipped with Ubuntu 16.04. https://clickable-ut.dev/en/latest/index.html

Update everything to Ubuntu 18.04 as well as other pertinent updates (e.g., Clang 12, latest koxtoolchain, clickable). See commit messages for more details.
Android, Kindle and PocketBook aren't done yet at the time of writing. For Kindle and PB cf. koreader/koxtoolchain#30 and koreader/koxtoolchain#31.
