In 7.x defaultTemplateEngine was aligned to other template engines and uses class path to load templates. Which is a good change.

To have same behavior in 7.x like in 6.x this PR introduces directoryTemplateEngine that behaves like in 6.x - usage: JavalinJte(JavalinJte.directoryTemplateEngine(). It also allow to pass the path.

To distinguish behavior defaultTemplateEngine is renamed to classPathTemplateEngine. defaultTemplateEngine is now a deprecated 'alias' for `classPathTemplateEngine
